Booking & Pricing
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance. Popular Saturday dates from May through October fill up quickly. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a deposit is required to officially reserve your date. Your date is held once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel fee for most NYC locations (all five boroughs). A small travel fee may apply for New Jersey, Long Island, or Connecticut events — we'll confirm in your quote.
Do you offer weekday discounts?
We offer more flexible pricing for weekday bookings. Mention your preferred date when reaching out.
The Photo Booth & Prints
What is the difference between Classic Pro and Glam?
The main difference is the print format. Classic Pro produces 2×6 photo strips with 3–4 photos per strip — the classic photo booth format. Glam produces one large 4×6 single-photo print per session — an elegant, frame-worthy portrait in color or B&W. Both use the same professional DSLR camera and studio lighting.
What type of camera do you use?
We use professional DSLR cameras with a full studio lighting rig — not a tablet or iPad booth. This is what makes our image quality stand out.
Can guests choose color or black & white?
Yes — for both Classic Pro and Glam, guests can choose color or black & white during the event.
How much space does the booth need?
The booth requires approximately 8×8 feet, ideally near a wall and a power outlet.
How long does setup take?
We arrive one hour before your event start time. Setup and breakdown are always free.
Can guests print multiple times?
Yes — all packages with prints include unlimited prints throughout your rental period.
Can we customize the print template?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom template with your names, date, and any branding or logo. We'll share a proof before the event.
Digital Gallery & QR Code
How do guests receive their digital photos?
Guests scan a QR code displayed at the booth. Once scanned, they instantly see all their photos — plus every photo taken at the event. No texting, no emailing, no app required.
When does the couple receive their full gallery?
The couple receives a complete online gallery the morning after the event, available for 60 days.
Flower Wall
What size are the flower walls?
Our flower walls are 8 feet wide × 8 feet high. They work beautifully for groups of all sizes — from intimate couples to large parties.
Are the flowers real?
The flowers are high-quality artificial florals — consistent, durable, and just as beautiful at the end of the night as at the start.
Can I rent a flower wall without a photo booth?
Yes — flower walls are available as standalone rentals. Contact us for pricing.
What colors are available?
We offer white rose walls and pink rose walls. The white wall is our most popular option.
Scrapbook & Weddings
Which packages include the wedding scrapbook?
The scrapbook is included for weddings with the Classic Pro, Glam, and Glam + Flower Wall packages. It is not included for corporate events or birthdays.
How does the scrapbook work?
Guests attach their print to a page in the scrapbook and write a personal message using provided markers and glue. At the end of the night, the couple takes the completed scrapbook home.
What's provided for the scrapbook?
We provide the scrapbook, markers, and glue — everything guests need, at no extra charge.
Logistics & Day-Of
What if there's a technical issue?
Our attendant handles issues quickly and we carry backup equipment. Our 600+ event track record reflects our reliability.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes — we are fully insured and provide a COI to your venue upon request at no charge.
What areas do you serve?
All five NYC boroughs, New Jersey, Long Island, and Connecticut. A travel fee may apply outside NYC.
